With this glitch, you can now decorate the mini garden space. Be warned however that this action is non-reversible. You will forever have tiles instead of grass. So only do this if you do not like the grass garden.

Steps:

1. Put a chair on the grass patch that you want to convert into a Tile.
2. Go to the Floor Tile that you want. 
3. Left click the chair and drag it to the green tick and release the left click. 
4. Now select your tile and left click on the spot where the chair was at earlier. 
5. Done. have fun decorating.
