Note: The purpose I prefer to use my regex expression is because I do not have to change the url when the database version changes :)

Tools (download all tools in the Tools section):

1. Fiddler
2. Preferred browser that works with fiddler (ie/chrome/firefox)
3. Easter Gifts files [download 1 | download 2] 
4. 2 accounts. 1 secondary. 1 primary.

Steps:

1. Log into your Secondary Account. 
2. Download the file above.
   
3. Open Fiddler
   
4. Go into Pet Society. Once loaded, find for this line in Fiddler.
   http://d2syub29v5lge2.cloudfront.net/game/pets/swf/xxx/database.dat
   
5. Right click them > Copy URL and go to Autoresponder and click 'Add'. Or you can use the regular expression that I used in all my videos. 
   
   regex:(?insx)^http://d2syub29v5lge2\.cloudfront\.net/game/pets/swf/.*/database\.dat$
   
   
6. Now replace the database.dat with the VIETdatabase.dat that you just downloaded. Click SAVE
   (Click on the drop down arrow button beside the 'Save'. Select 'Go To File' and browse to the place where you downloaded the file to.)
   
7. Find for this line in Fiddler.
   http://d2syub29v5lge2.cloudfront.net/game/pets/swf/x.xxx/shops/shopMystery2102.dat

12. Now replace the database.dat with the shopFood-eastergifts.dat that you just downloaded. Click SAVE.
    (Click on the drop down arrow button beside the 'Save'. Select 'Go To File' and browse to the place where you downloaded the file to.)
13. Clear cache for your browser.
14. Clear cache for your browser! i cannot emphasize this enough. Go into Pet Society.
15. Go into the FOOD SHOP > GROCERY and you will see the items Ignore the Blue Ribbon and the Blue Coins Price Tag. Click on them and you should see it costing only 500 NORMAL coins. Click SEND AS GIFT!  Important!
16. Select your Primary Account or Friends to give it to.
    
17. Once done, Close fidder, clear cache log in your Main/primary account and you will see the Presents shown as EXPENSIVE MYSTERY BOX. 
18. Open them and the Easter Gifts appear. Have fun. 
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
    

To answer some questions that I presume will be asked:

1. Mayor kept appearing! Help!
   Ans: clear cache, try other browser, uninstall browser, reboot com, install back and try again. If all else fails, cre8 a new account and try the cheat on it. One of these solutions should work!
   
   
2. When i open the GMBs, normal items appear.
   Ans: You did NOT follow Step 15. I mentioned click on SEND AS GIFT. See above screenshot.
   
   
3. When i load PS in my Primary account, I do not see any GIFTS/PRESENTS.
   Ans: You did NOT follow step 17. I mentioned CLOSE FIDDLER.
